Courting coloration - These Crosshatch triggers were ordered as a pair. The male (front) arrived at 8", the female 7". Courting is very aggressive, both fish received many bite wounds. The female almost removed the male's right pectoral fin, it took 2 months to heal! They spawn regularly in our display.
